Leading and implementing churn reduction initiatives in coordination with different areas.
Providing analytical support in strategic decision-making regarding retention and loyalty.
Designing and developing KPIs, reports, and monitoring dashboards using AI.
Preparing periodic reports and dashboards that facilitate the visibility of results.
