What we're looking for

The role
At Prosegur, we are looking to hire a Security Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of security services, guaranteeing operational quality, customer satisfaction, and the correct management of assigned teams in the Coruña Delegation.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate the security services within their scope of responsibility.
- Guarantee the correct compliance with quality standards and the defined operations.
- Maintain a close relationship with clients, identifying needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform inspections and monitoring of the services.
- Coordinate and accompany the Security Surveillance teams, promoting their integration and development.
- Manage the operational planning and the assigned resources through corporate tools.
