Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract from day one.
Fixed salary of €1,471 gross/month during the first year and €1,574 gross/month during the second year.
Incentive system with no salary cap: our sales representatives earn an average of between €1,500 and €2,100 additional per month in commissions.
Real possibility of exceeding €3,000 per month.

At Movistar Prosegur Alarmas, a leading company in the security sector, we are expanding our sales team throughout the province of Barcelona.

This is a door-to-door customer acquisition sales position. We are not looking for installers or technicians. Your mission will be to visit assigned areas, speak with potential customers, and advise them on our security solutions.

What you'll do

You will perform sales acquisition door-to-door in the assigned area within the province of Barcelona.
You will advise families and businesses on Movistar Prosegur Alarmas security solutions.
You will manage your activity with autonomy, support, and constant training.
You will work towards objectives, with income directly linked to your effort and results.
