What you'll do

  • Advise and coordinate, either directly or through external law firms, judicial proceedings in the civil, contentious-administrative, and criminal fields.
  • Respond to official requests and information requirements sent by bodies, especially judicial ones.
  • Manage corporate matters (general meetings, annual accounts, appointments, powers of attorney, and dividend distribution).
