The role
In the ACCIONA Scholarship Program, you will be part of teams that involve you in projects from day one, guided by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day-to-day of a global company.
ACCIONA, in its Real Estate business line, is looking to bring on an intern to provide support to the Legal Advisory team.
What you'll do
Provide support to the Legal Advisory team in (i) the acquisition and sale of land and buildings; (ii) the promotion of residential real estate projects; (iii) the marketing of said projects; and (iv) corporate matters.
Collaborate with the department on the following functions:
Legal and urban planning audit of the land and buildings subject to acquisition.
Drafting and negotiation of contracts for the purchase and sale of land and buildings. Preparation of the necessary documentation for the signing of the purchase and sale contracts for land and buildings.
Drafting of confidentiality agreements for the analysis of transactions.
Support in the drafting of corporate documentation: minutes, certificates, legalization of documents, etc.
Drafting and negotiation of contracts with the parties involved in real estate developments (e.g., construction contracts, technical contracts, etc.).
Legal assistance in the marketing of real estate developments (e.g., purchase and sale contracts and deeds, compliance with regional and local housing regulations, etc.), as well as in the delivery of the units and post-sale issues.
Drafting and negotiation of lease agreements and follow-up on any legal issues arising from already signed lease agreements.
Assistance in the legal defense against claims affecting the company's properties (e.g., preparation of reports, gathering information, etc.).
