Administrative/Logistics Receptionist - Zona Franca

• Studies in Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance or Logistics.
• That you have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrator within the logistics area.
• Be an organized, communicative, team-oriented, autonomous person with a strong focus on internal customer service.
• Spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
• Intermediate level Office Package. Experience in SAP will be valued.

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to ensure the administrative management of incoming goods at the designated warehouse, in order to guarantee updated stock and facilitate supply to the stores.

• Review orders prepared in the warehouse for the stores, resolving detected incidents for their correct invoicing (credit note or invoicing) and the corresponding stock update.
• Verify the correct entry of orders into the system by the procurement department to ensure their correct processing upon arrival at the warehouse.
• Enter information regarding the reception of goods (product and type of pallets and packaging) through the ERP, following prior checking and verification of the supplier's delivery note regarding product, quantity, and price, to maintain the actual warehouse stock and be able to handle orders placed by the stores.
• Track the location of the product in the warehouse, checking that the format is correct to organize deliveries and manage any deviations that a different format may cause.
• Manage incidents detected during the reception of goods with the supplier or by referring them to the person in charge.
• Manage procurement orders for the factory and stores, coordinating the entry and exit of products, taking delivery schedules into account and following up on correct reception.
• Handle the invoicing of products destined for the factory, resolving possible incidents (price changes, suppliers...) with the relevant credit notes.
• Handle product returns for their entry and accounting in the ERP and subsequent credit note.
• Generate the QR code to facilitate truck loading and delivery to the stores.
• Prepare store orders for Sushi production.
• Confirm the arrival of pending orders with procurement for optimal warehouse organization.
• Assume and carry out missions considered necessary for the area to guarantee correct operation, while participating in the training and improvement actions necessary to professionalize both your own task and that of the Group.
