What you'll do

Your mission will be:

• Advising, monitoring, supervising, and managing repairs / renovations and works (non-comprehensive) requested by customers at the facilities (dealerships)

• Monitoring the quality of the final execution of works

• Maintaining work processes, avoiding delays in sending quotes to the dealerships

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Advising: Attending to and understanding functional needs and analyzing customer requests regarding small and medium-format repairs and works. Determining (on-site) convenience, technical and economic feasibility, and identifying possible alternative solutions. Choosing the most suitable alternative.

• Identifying the most suitable technical (industrial) suppliers. Requesting –claiming– and evaluating quotes. Choosing the supplier (or suppliers) and awarding (processing).

• Implementation and monitoring of ongoing repairs/works according to budget and schedule. Final quality control of works

• Administrative management of ongoing projects and works: filing documentation related to each project. Receiving invoices and verifying them according to the accepted quote

• Continuous evaluation of supplier satisfaction levels. Continuous search for new potential suppliers (evaluation and approval)
