What you'll do

Preventive and corrective maintenance:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the electromechanical equipment and facilities of the WWTP.

Perform inspections, reviews, and adjustments of motors, pumps, blowers, agitators, valves, and other equipment.

Detect, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical faults.

Perform disassembly, assembly, alignment, adjustment, and replacement of components.

Review electrical panels, protections, wiring, motors, and frequency drives.

Verify sensors, limit switches, instrumentation, and control elements.

Perform electrical measurements and functional checks of equipment.

Support the startup, shutdown, and testing of equipment and facilities.

Interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with the operations team in resolving incidents.

Supervision and control:

Check signals and equipment statuses via SCADA and automation systems.

Identify anomalies and communicate relevant incidents.

Safety and prevention:

Perform work in accordance with safety and occupational risk prevention procedures.

Apply equipment lockout and tagout procedures when appropriate.

Recording and documentation:

Complete maintenance reports and work orders.

Record faults, interventions, materials used, and actions performed.

Keep technical documentation and maintenance records up to date.
