What you'll do

Process operation and control:

Operate/review the proper functioning of the different treatment lines:

Water line (pre-treatment, settling, biological, tertiary, etc.).

Sludge line (thickening, digestion, dewatering, storage).

Starting, stopping, and adjusting electromechanical equipment.

Adjusting operating setpoints according to process needs.

Interpreting alarms and responding to incidents.

Carrying out inspection rounds of the facilities.

Analytical control and sampling:

Perform water and sludge sampling

Prepare and send samples to the laboratory.

Record and analyze results.

Supervision via SCADA:

Control the plant from the SCADA system.

Verify instrumentation signals

Maintenance:

Cleaning and lubrication of equipment.

Review of pumps, blowers, agitators, and valves.

Replacement of simple wear parts.

Detection and communication of breakdowns.

Support for electromechanical maintenance teams.

Management of reagents and consumables

Management of sludge and waste

Safety and risk prevention

Recording and documentation:

Complete operation reports.

Record incidents and actions taken.

Prepare daily or weekly reports.
