Temporal Quality is looking to incorporate a Packaging Section Supervisor into its team for an important meat factory located near Hostalric. If you have experience in the meat sector and possess leadership and organizational skills, this is your opportunity!

You will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and supervision of the vacuum packaging section. Your mission will be to guarantee the fulfillment of production, quality, and food safety objectives, as well as the effective management of your human team. We are looking for a proactive person with decision-making capacity and a strong commitment to excellence.

• Efficiently organize and coordinate the daily work of the packaging section.
• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 20 people, distributed across 4 production lines.
• Meticulously plan and control the preparation and vacuum packaging of various pork products.
• Guarantee strict compliance with the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP, IFS, BRC, etc.).
• Ensure rigorous compliance with established production deadlines and optimize the performance of the packaging lines.
• Proactively manage incidents that arise in the production process and propose continuous improvements in the processes.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (production, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
• Control and manage packaging materials, ensuring their availability and correct use.
• Participate in the definition of production plans and the allocation of resources.
• Ensure the correct maintenance and cleaning of the machinery and facilities of the packaging section.
• Prepare production reports and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

• Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 14:45 (45-minute break).
