Requirements

What we're looking for

-2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant in an ETT or temporary work.

-Experience managing a high volume of processes and different clients.

-Labor legislation and temporary contracting.

-Occupational Risk Prevention and coordination of ORP documentation.

-Strong orientation towards recruitment and people.

-Organization and ability to prioritize.

-Proactivity and client vision.

-Clear and empathetic communication.

-Agility and tolerance to pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
RED System, SILTRA, and Contrat@.
Certific@2.
Time control and personnel management platforms.

Nice to have

-Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) or Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), Law, or similar (valuable).

The role

To guarantee the correct administrative and labor management of the workers hired by the ETT, ensuring legal compliance, the quality of service to clients and workers, and the correct processing of all processes related to the hiring and administration of personnel.

What you'll do

Manage the processes of hiring, extensions, conversions, and termination of contracts for workers placed at the client's disposal.
Process registrations, cancellations, and data variations in the Social Security through the RED System.
Prepare and review labor documentation, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations.
Manage labor incidents related to absenteeism, medical leave, work accidents, and permits.
Coordinate the delivery, signing, and filing of contracts, annexes, and other mandatory documentation.
Perform monitoring of contract expiration dates and needs for renewal or position coverage.
Manage client documentary platforms for personnel accreditation.
Coordinate the Occupational Risk Prevention documentary management for the workers placed at the client's disposal.
Perform administrative monitoring of work accidents and incidents related to occupational health and safety.

How you'll work

Part-time Afternoon shift (3 PM to 7 PM)
Teleworking modality (in-person at the beginning for training)
Salary Range: €8,500 per year
