What we're looking for

Minimum education of vocational training or secondary education;
Previous experience in production environments; experience in companies in the printing sector will be valued.
Computer skills and Microsoft Office suite at an intermediate level.
Ability to work under pressure and in high-paced environments.

Good manual skills, visual acuity, and color differentiation ability.
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
Own vehicle to access the workplace.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Three-month contracts through a temporary employment agency, renewable, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff depending on performance.
Schedule: rotating shifts of morning (6:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), and night (22:00–6:00).
Salary: from €11/h gross daytime 13€ h/ night -> approx 1700 net / month

The role

From QUALITY Reus, we are selecting a Production Operator for a company located in the Valls area

The selected person will be responsible for executing production orders, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance, as well as performing tasks specific to the production area.

We are looking for dynamic, organized, and responsible profiles, with an interest in developing within the industrial environment.

What you'll do

Operation of printing machinery
Execution of the assigned production plan.
Performing prints according to quality standards and customer requirements.
Quality control of the product during the production process.
Adjustment and control of repetitions/productions on the machine.
Detection and communication of machinery incidents or failures to the supervisor.
Support in other tasks specific to the production area as indicated by the supervisor.
