At Quality ETT Vitoria, we are recruiting for a large leading company in its sector, located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, a Receptionist to cover a maternity leave substitution, with an approximate duration of 6 months.

What you'll do

In-person assistance and reception of visitors, clients, and suppliers.
Switchboard management: filtering and diverting telephone calls.
Management of the general email account.
Reception, registration, and distribution of parcels and correspondence.
Meeting room management and access control.
Filing of documentation and occasional administrative support to other departments.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00.
Friday: from 08:00 to 14:30.

Requirements

Fluent Spanish and medium-high level of Basque, essential for customer service.
Minimum experience of between 1 and 2 years in reception, customer service, or secretarial positions.
Fluent use of the Office suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation.
Proactive, organized person with a professional appearance.
