What we're looking for

A person with a technical orientation, analytical capacity, and a passion for continuous improvement, who wants to contribute their knowledge in CAM programming and advanced machining within a dynamic and technologically advanced industrial environment.

Technical training in Mechanical Manufacturing, CNC Programming, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
Previous experience in CAM programming and 3 and/or 5 axis CNC machining.
Knowledge of machining processes for aluminum, titanium, and steels.
Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
Experience in production process optimization and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of CATIA V5 and VERICUT

Nice to have

Valuable experience in high-precision industrial environments, aeronautics, automotive, or related sectors.

At Quality ETT Vitoria, we are looking to hire a 3 and 5 Axis CNC CAM Programmer to participate in high value-added industrial projects, developing and optimizing machining processes for metal components.

What you'll do

Advanced 3 and 5 axis CNC machining programming for metal components in aluminum, titanium, and steels.
Development, optimization, and maintenance of CAM programs for machining operations.
Definition and continuous improvement of machining strategies in coordination with the Production and Industrialization departments.
Technical validation of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and cost requirements.
Analysis and implementation of new technologies and machining strategies aimed at increasing productivity and reducing cycle times.
Leadership of industrialization projects, from process definition to mass production.
Technical support to production teams for incident resolution and continuous improvement.
Participation in the definition of jigs, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation associated with manufacturing processes.
