The role

We are currently selecting two CNC Programmers with CATIA V5, one junior profile and one with more experience, to join the technical department of an aeronautical sector project.
The selected individuals will participate in the development and optimization of CNC programs for the machining of aeronautical parts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. The functions and level of autonomy will be adapted to the experience of each profile.
What you'll do
- CNC programming of 3 and 5-axis aeronautical parts using CATIA V5, ensuring precision and efficiency in machining.
- Interpretation of technical drawings and 3D models for the creation of machining programs.
- Participation in the improvement of cycle times and machining processes.
- Verification and simulation of CNC programs using Vericut to detect possible collisions and optimize productivity.
- Collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and aeronautical standards.
- Support or resolution of technical incidents related to CNC machining, depending on the level of experience.
