• Development of new use cases, under the eGrant platform (grant management platform), such as:

o Creation/adaptation of application forms.

o Creation/modification of forms required at the processor and applicant levels.

o Development of the end-to-end flow for grant processing with specific templates.

o Integrations with common services, if the service requires it.

• Definition and execution of the quality assurance plan throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Other additional developments within the framework of the PEGA platform upon which the service is offered.

All of this complying with the requirements of any software development project:

o Requirements gathering and project planning.

o Functional and technical design.

o Development or construction.

o Testing.

o Deployment.

• Developments will be accompanied by the following documentation:

o Requirements gathering document.

o Functional analysis

o Technical analysis.

o User manual (grant processing and application).

o Software documentation manual by environments.

o Update of the application development and API integration manuals, as well as the Application Architecture manual for the grant platform.

o Release (Code in production).

o Test plan.

o Project risk documents and lessons learned.

o Update of the grant platform service catalog.

• EMG: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the ICT field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software solution design and construction.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an architect, designing and building solutions under the PEGA platform.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in API development and construction under the PEGA platform.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design, definition, and use of data models on Oracle databases.
