• Drive the adoption of the Engineering Platform and Reference Architecture across Mapfre entities/countries.
• Design and evolve cloud-native architectures based on microservices, ensuring scalability, resilience and best practices.
• Lead the adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle, including code generation, quality optimization, test automation and improvement of team productivity.
• Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to ensure the correct implementation of the proposed architectures.
• Define patterns, best practices, and reference frameworks to ensure technological consistency in projects.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies, frameworks and cloud services that bring value to the organization.
• Ensure the security, observability and maintainability of the solutions designed.

In the Technology Transformation area, we are looking for a Developer Architect (Forward Deployed Engineer - FDE) with solid experience in Cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and microservices-oriented architectures, who also brings an innovative vision of the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to software development and its use in enterprise environments.

This role will play a key part in the adoption of the Engineering Platform and the Reference Architecture across the different countries and entities of the Mapfre group. To this end, you will drive corporate and non-corporate solutions whose new functionality can be incorporated into the product core through an innersource model, combining modern engineering practices with the potential of AI to optimize the design, construction, testing and deployment of software.
