Requirements
What we're looking for
- Engineering, Economics/Business, ADE or Law. Other degrees will be admitted, provided that knowledge and experience in matters relating to technical support in the management of technological projects is properly accredited. Months 2
- Demonstrable professional experience in supporting the management of technological projects in the public sector, in fields related to digitalization or digital enabling technologies. Minimum required: 3 years
- Demonstrable professional experience in budget and schedule control, and management of risks associated with technological projects, in programs and projects related to digitalization or digital enabling technologies. Minimum required: 2 years
- Demonstrable professional experience in the preparation of support documentation and monitoring reports and executive reporting, in programs and projects related to digitalization or digital enabling technologies. Minimum required: 2 years
Nice to have
- Hold a valid project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or SCRUM). Desirable: Two or more valid certifications.
- C1 level of English

What you'll do
- Support in the generation of data models and dashboards for the monitoring of actions and initiatives (including, but not limited to, programs, projects and agreements, and legal budget execution instruments such as tenders and subsidies) of the different units at the technical and budgetary execution level.
- Support in the definition of indicators and metrics that allow for impact and technological maturity evaluations.
- Support in the preparation of executive presentations, fact sheets, and internal result notes on various topics within the scope of competence of the different units.
- Support in the preparation of periodic reports (e.g., monitoring reports, management reports, planning reports, etc.) on the activities carried out in the different units.
- Support in the preparation of benchmarks in different technological and regulatory fields.
- Support in the preparation of support materials, such as manuals and guides, as required for the management and monitoring of initiatives.
