• Control and supervise the qualitative composition of food, its handling and processing to determine its hygienic-dietetic quality.
• Propose balanced diets that suit the different physiological needs, tastes, habits and circumstances of each person, making the appropriate referrals to other care units.
• Supervise the storage, handling and processing of food for consumption at the facility.
• Collect samples and temperatures of dishes from all menu rotations.
• Collaborate with the head chef in the procurement of food, its storage and preservation, its preparation and cooking methods, etc.
• Supervise the preparation and plating of menus.
• Comply with the procedures and work instructions applicable to their processes, including occupational health and safety regulations.
• And, in general, all those tasks, actions, and responsibilities that are directly or indirectly linked to those defined in the previous points or that help achieve the site's objectives and the company's strategic objectives.

• University Studies or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Dietetics-Nutrition.
• Availability to work an afternoon schedule from 13:00 to 21:00, with two days featuring an extended 12-hour shift, rotating holidays.
• 1 year of experience.
