From the private hospitals of Quirónsalud in Madrid, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for the ICU in our Hospital Quirónsalud Valle del Henares, located in Torrejón de Ardoz.

What you'll do

You will assist and perform care for hospitalized patients, maintaining constant alertness to their condition in order to collaborate in the improvement of the patients' health and well-being in accordance with departmental processes and policies, working in collaboration with doctors, nursing, and other clinicians for the monitoring and treatment of patients.

You will provide direct assistance to patients in accordance with medical and/or nursing instructions.
You will demonstrate precision and attention to detail in stock control, warehouse organization, and expense allocation.
You will provide indirect patient care and support services, maintaining the care environment in optimal conditions for patient well-being and the proper development of departmental activities.
You will collaboratively carry out the mobilization and transport of patients.
You will collaborate in the control of muco-cutaneous integrity following the established procedure.
You will perform correct handling and use of the glucometer.
You will provide health education to mothers regarding breastfeeding.
You will promote the maternal-paternal-filial bond in daily care.
You will perform the review of the crash cart according to procedure.
