University degree.

Master's in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, MBA, or equivalent training is highly valued.
Experience in the opening of healthcare centers, clinics, or business units is highly valued.

The role

At Quirónsalud, the leading healthcare group in Spain, we continue to grow to bring the best healthcare closer to our patients.

During the first quarter of 2027, we will open a new Quirónsalud Medical Center in Leganés, a strategic project through which we will strengthen our presence in the southern area of Madrid.

We are looking for a Medical Center Director who wants to take on a unique professional challenge: leading the launch and consolidation of a new center from its beginnings, contributing to building a benchmark project for both patients and professionals.

To be the person who leads the creation and consolidation of the new Quirónsalud Leganés Medical Center, driving a model of care excellence, patient experience, and results, through team leadership and efficient center management.

What you'll do

Lead the opening and launch of the new Quirónsalud Leganés Medical Center.
Direct the operational, administrative, and care activities of the center, ensuring that procedures are met.
Guarantee an excellent patient experience, ensuring the quality and efficiency of all processes.
Coordinate and develop the professional teams across the different areas of the center.
Perform the monitoring and analysis of activity, quality, experience, and economic result indicators.
Drive continuous improvement plans oriented towards operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with territorial, corporate, and hospital managements to ensure the fulfillment of strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and business development.
Foster a culture of close leadership, patient orientation, and teamwork.
