The role

Perform healthcare duties, providing comprehensive medical care to patients, guaranteeing patient safety and quality protocols.

What you'll do

1. Perform healthcare duties specific to the specialty, taking into account the order of urgency or criticality of the patient, and updating or implementing new processes.
2. Comprehensive medical care and attention for patients in private consultation, through performing examinations, completing medical histories, and prescribing medical treatments or the corresponding tests.
3. Prepare the clinical history and follow up on the patient, ensuring their safety until the resolution of the medical case.
4. Maintain continuous feedback with the support healthcare staff, contributing to the patient's follow-up during the healthcare process. Actively participate in meetings regarding patient follow-up.
5. Establish coordination with the different medico-surgical services and other support areas in patient care, in order to achieve a comprehensive resolution of their health needs, whether in the outpatient or hospitalization area.
6. Respond to the resolution of incidents that may arise with patients or in the absence of a colleague and provide support to the professionals in the unit.
7. Ensure patient safety, controlling the adequacy of the prescribed treatment and compliance with quality protocols.
8. Write healthcare articles, collaborating and contributing with Marketing for the publication of new content.
