• Training in Healthcare Documentation, Healthcare Administration, or related degrees.
• Previous experience in Pathological Anatomy, clinical laboratories, or hospital environments.
• Proficiency in healthcare information systems and document management tools.
• Knowledge of quality management and biological sample traceability.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Vacancy: Healthcare Documentalist
Location: Laboratorios Caoba - Alcobendas (Madrid)

• Manage and maintain clinical and pathological documentation, ensuring proper updating, archiving, digitization, and retrieval.
• Ensure traceability and control of samples, requests, and diagnostic reports, monitoring the entire laboratory documentation workflow.
• Record, validate, and safeguard information in management systems, ensuring data quality and compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality.
• Provide support to the service's activities, assisting in the issuance and distribution of reports, resolving incidents, and providing documentary support for research and teaching projects.
• Participate in the laboratory's continuous improvement, developing activity indicators and collaborating in quality processes, audits, accreditations, and process digitalization.
