The role

A person to join the Intensive Care service at HQS Palmaplanas to carry out the role of nurse, providing intensive care and patient attention and remaining constantly alert to monitor their condition, following medical instructions in order to provide excellent quality care in accordance with the center's protocols and policies.

What you'll do

We are looking for you if you have good organization and planning skills, know how to respond appropriately to critical interventions and initiate the appropriate emergency procedures, and you adapt to stressful situations, tolerating pressure and possessing decision-making capacity.

Provide direct patient care according to the nursing care plan for the patients under your responsibility.
Carry out monitoring of the patient's condition and assessment of their needs and those of their family members to provide excellent care.
Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability to changes to facilitate service activities: functions, tasks, patients, etc.
Maintain a high tolerance for critical situations and demonstrate the ability to act correctly under such circumstances.
Show proactivity in keeping up to date with innovations in the nursing field in order to continue your professional growth and development.
