HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO QUIRONSALUD BARCELONA located in the city of Barcelona needs to incorporate an PATIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR, to perform administrative functions specific to the department. We are looking for a dynamic person with high communication skills and a vocation for service.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage requests, complaints, and claims in person, by telephone, and through the Patient Care email.
Collaborate with other departments in the resolution of incidents reported by patients.
Perform courtesy visits to hospitalized patients.
Manage incidents and discharges in the patient portal.
Process SOPLAR rights and medical record requests.
Make calls to patients according to the needs of the department.
Register and follow up on files.

Requirements
