ICU Nurses (Afternoon Shift)

Promote an effective interdepartmental working relationship and work effectively as a team member to facilitate the achievement of the department's objectives and goals.

Participate in the training of newly hired professionals and students assigned to them.

Taking responsibility for direct patient care, according to the nursing care plan for patients under their charge, ensuring their safety throughout the care process.

Remain alert during emergencies and critical situations, being able to act appropriately under these circumstances.

Showing consistency and interest in patient monitoring and follow-up, informing them of how their care will proceed and any other matter that may be required, respecting the standards of excellent quality care.
