The role

QUIRÓNSALUD Córdoba Hospital selects for its team an EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with immediate availability to work and perform tasks related to the patient.

What you'll do

Manage the admission and flow of patients in the Emergency areas, contributing to offering agile, efficient, and high-quality care. Additionally, you will perform the associated administrative processes, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the service and an excellent experience for our patients.

Manage the admission, reception, and orientation of patients.

Process authorizations with insurance companies and verify the necessary documentation.

Manage billing processes, collections, and cash balancing.

Coordinate the patient flow to ensure efficient care.

Resolve administrative incidents and attend to patient inquiries.

Prepare and manage the documentation necessary for billing.

Collaborate with the healthcare team in the development of daily activity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Immediate availability.
Have a vocational training degree in Administration, and/or Health Documentation, or similar.
Residence in Córdoba and/or surrounding areas.
Schedule availability.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

1 year of experience in Hospitals / Centers / or health clinics, in admission and patient care departments.
Have clinical knowledge and/or previous experience in healthcare environments.

CAPABILITIES

Capacity for planning, analytical thinking, organization, and leadership is required, in addition to good proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
