What will your mission be?

Implement and monitor the territory's Management Systems, according to the application standards by establishing, planning, and implementing assurance plans to improve results in both the medium and long term and ensuring continuous improvement of services.

  • Implement corporate, territorial, and hospital strategic lines in the quality area.
  • Collaborate in the drafting of center and department objectives: sending monitoring templates, planning resources and actions necessary for their fulfillment, records, monitoring reminders, data collection, etc.
  • Represent the company during the center's certifications and accreditations related to management systems regarding quality.
  • Participate actively in the commissions established within the center.
  • Lead the periodic meetings established in the organization for conducting System Reviews: report and make decisions regarding the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of management systems, together with the center's Management.
  • Perform and/or collaborate in planned management system evaluations: audits, observational cuts, tracers, rounds, etc. Prepare the corresponding report and coordinate the definition and monitoring of the actions necessary to correct and improve identified incidents and observations.
  • Establish an effective working relationship by periodically visiting the different departments and services of the center to verify the correct implementation of the management systems.
  • Demonstrate high competence in all activities referring to the documentation process of the management systems, guaranteeing the best results and continuous improvement of services.
  • Manage, in collaboration with the other departments, the treatment of non-conformities regarding management system requirements. Coordinate the adoption of the determined corrective and/or preventive actions and perform their monitoring and closure.
  • Prepare the annual control chart of center indicators, the records that define the indicator measurement method, and their management: distribution to those responsible, request reminders, tabulation of results. Prepare process performance reports and publish the results.
  • Ensure compliance with the management system in your area, analyze results, assess and implement actions to optimize processes, improve the patient experience, promote their safety, and perform correct environmental management and energy optimization.
  • Coordinate and collaborate in the training of hospital staff on internal regulations, requirements, and standards.
