At Randstad, we are looking for profiles to work as telephone agents with a clear customer orientation, commercial spirit, and communication and negotiation skills, to join a major company in the Contact Center sector located in Palma de Mallorca.

What you'll do

Providing information to customers about the company, its products and/or services.
Continuous and detailed recording of communication held with the customer.
Handling and resolving questions and inquiries.
Incident management.
Data entry into customer systems.
Reporting on tasks and meeting objectives.

Requirements

Proactive attitude, commitment, and results orientation.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Accustomed to meeting targets and working under pressure.
Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
