Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Joining an expanding project: Lead from scratch the opening of the second office of a consolidated and prestigious boutique brand in Madrid.
Competitive compensation package: Base fixed salary commensurate with the level of management responsibility + attractive variable scheme based on office results and direct operations.
The role
Are you passionate about Prime Real Estate and looking to lead a project with its own unique identity from the ground up? At Randstad Professionals, we collaborate exclusively with one of the most recognized boutique real estate consultancies in the high-standing residential market in Madrid.
What you'll do
We are looking for an Office Director with a markedly operational and hands-on profile, capable of leading and energizing a commercial team of 4 to 6 consultants, actively participating in the sourcing of unique properties, negotiating with high-net-worth owners, and directly supporting agents during viewings, valuations, and closings.
We are not looking for office-based or purely strategic management: the role requires being out in the field, with the client, and leading by example in every phase of the commercial cycle.
Main Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management: Coordinate, train, and mentor a commercial team of 4 to 6 people, performing weekly activity monitoring, setting objectives, and providing support in key meetings.
Direct Operational Sourcing: Active prospecting of assigned areas, sourcing exclusive sales and rental mandates for high-standing residential assets.
Commercial Support: Assist and support team members in complex listings, technical appraisals, viewings with buyer and investor clients, and negotiation of terms.
Closing Operations: Conducting negotiation processes and legal-documentary follow-up until the signing at the notary (deposit contracts, public deeds, communication with legal advisors).
New Office Management: Supervision of the daily operations of the new space, ensuring the standards of image, protocol, and boutique service that define the company.
Reporting to General Management: Direct follow-up with the founding partners regarding sourcing metrics, active portfolio, and closing forecasts.
How you'll work
Permanent full-time employment contract.
