Requirements

Education & certifications

2 weeks of training starting on 16/11. During the first week, training is outside of the contract, but it is remunerated once onboarded and after passing the probationary period with €153.30.

Training schedule from 9:00 to 15:00 online

The second week of training is within the contract from 9:00 to 17:00 - That is, the official start date is 23/11

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: 2-month temporary contract + extension

💰 Salary: according to collective agreement, Specialist teleoperator

📅 Schedule to choose from: (in all options, work is Monday to Friday with rotating weekends)

38.5 contract hours. With different split shifts between 9:00 and 20:00h, with one hour for lunch (that is, from 9:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00 and 11:00 to 20:00 )

What are we looking for?

🔹 Previous experience as a phone agent

🔹Previous experience in customer service and commercial services (preferably in the banking sector).

🔹 Bilingual Spanish/Catalan language skills

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
