Pharmaceutical Quality Internship

• Development and Mentorship: Constant accompaniment and tutoring by leading professionals in the Quality area.

• Education: Recently completed University Degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related degrees.

• Complementary education: A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Industry / Quality Assurance is valued.
• Languages: High level of English.
• Technical and IT competencies: Fluent use of IT tools (Excel, Word) and ease in learning new systems (Salesforce, quality platforms, etc.).
• Key skills: Great attention to detail, rigor, analytical capacity, proactivity, good written communication/technical writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.

This opportunity will allow you to acquire real practical experience in international regulations (GDP and GMP), working hand in hand with senior professionals in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a direct impact on the safety and quality of medicines and medical devices.

In your day-to-day, you will provide support to the Quality Assurance team (Responsible Technician / QA Spain) in the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the implementation, maintenance, and updating of the Quality Management System, GDP/GMP Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide support in the investigation, documentation, and monitoring of deviations, complaints, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist in batch release activities, review of incoming goods, returns management, and control of retained products.
• Support the qualification process of suppliers and customers in compliance with current regulations.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of self-inspections, internal audits, and third-party audits (logistics operators).
• Collaborate in product traceability, mock recalls, and management of market recalls.
• Continuous training in applicable pharmaceutical legislation and regulations.

• Agreement: Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement or Educational Cooperation Agreement with your university or study center.
