What you'll get

Contract: Direct stable contract with the company.
Working Day and Salary Options:

20 hours/week: €11,895 gross/year.

25 hours/week: €14,853 gross/year.

30 hours/week: €17,824 gross/year.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off.
Shifts included within the opening hours of the venue (from 15:00 to 01:00 h).
Location: Madrid (Moncloa - Aravaca Zone / Avenida de la Victoria).

The role

Do you have training and experience in cooking and are you looking for a stable project in an innovative and different gastronomic concept? An important entertainment and catering group is looking to hire Cooks for its Luxury cinema concept in Madrid.

What you'll do

Menu preparation: Preparation and plating of the gastronomic proposals requested by customers while maintaining high quality standards.
Daily operations: Opening and closing the kitchen, ensuring supplies, setting up points of sale, and maintaining order in the work area.
Stock management: Support in procurement, inventory control, and collaboration on orders with the Head Chef.
Hygiene and Food Safety: Strict compliance with the HACCP system, food handling, and health and hygiene protocols.
Efficiency and Service: Resolution of kitchen incidents and optimization of service with a focus on costs and quality.
Training: Intermediate Degree in Cooking and Gastronomy or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous experience in kitchen positions or commercial/hotel catering.
Availability: Immediate start and flexibility to work in rotating afternoon/night shifts and weekends.
Profile: Ability to work in a team, dynamism, and attention to detail.
