We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Tudela skilled trade office on a permanent basis. If you are eager to learn more in the Consultant role and are motivated by prospecting clients and managing processes, this is the offer you have been looking for!

• Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across target sectors, maintaining an up-to-date client database. Follow up on potential clients to convert them into clients. Help identify new market segment opportunities for the offering of operational services.
• Search for candidates through advertisements, searches, and talent networks in the areas of logistics, skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.
• Carry out thorough candidate selections, interviews, and assessments to align them with the specific client requirements for operational and temporary workers.
• Participates in meetings with clients to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
• Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational positions, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
