What you'll do

· Handling and logging interactions with customers and distributors in line with communication procedures and guidelines.

· Processing and tracking samples and purchase orders from customers and distributors.

· Managing incidents and complaints.

· Providing information on prices, products and credit status.

What you'll get

Salary: 30,000 euros gross per year

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification equivalent to high school diploma. Preference for studies in Marketing / Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar customer service positions, preferably in companies in the cosmetics, perfumery and pharmacy or chemical sector.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
