The role

Are you passionate about the world of fashion and customer service? Do you want to combine your free time or gain experience during these holidays? At Randstad, we are selecting sales staff for important textile and accessories firms in anticipation of the increase in activity during Black Friday, Christmas, and the January Sales period.

What you'll do

Personalized attention, advice, and customer loyalty in the sales area.

Management and collection at the cash register, ensuring agile and precise operations.

Folding, hanging, continuous replenishment, and product profiling according to visual merchandising standards.

Support in receiving merchandise, unpacking, tagging, and warehouse organization.

Control of garment flow and maintenance of order in fitting rooms.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the textile sector is valued.

Strong customer orientation, proactivity, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and during high volumes of customer traffic.

Availability to work in rotating shifts, afternoons, and weekends or commercial opening holidays.
