Industrial Management Control: Monitor and analyze industrial costs, variances and contribution margins against budget, executing corrective actions and collaborating on financial reports and KPIs. Team Leadership and Cross-functionality: Direct, evaluate and develop the operations team, fostering a healthy work environment, innovation and rigorous compliance with the management system (quality, EHS and environment).
