The role

We are looking for a committed Nurse with a vocation for gerontological care to join our care team. In our center, the priority is to offer quality, humane, and personalized care that guarantees the well-being and dignity of our residents.

What you'll do

Gerontological assessment and care plan: Evaluate the physical, mental, and functional state of the resident upon admission and design a personalized care plan adapted to their specific needs.

Medication administration and control: Prepare, administer, and supervise the daily intake of medications prescribed by the medical team, ensuring rigorous recording.

Direct care and wound treatment: Perform complex dressings (pressure ulcers, post-surgical wounds), monitoring of vital signs (blood pressure, blood glucose, saturation), and management of probes or catheters.

Medical coordination and liaison: Facilitate communication and management between the residence, primary care physicians, specialists, and emergency services or hospital centers.

Health education and support for users and families: Guide the resident in healthy habits, train nursing assistant staff, and inform and provide emotional support to families regarding the health status of the elderly person.

How you'll work

Working day: full-time from Monday to Friday. Only one weekend must be covered every four weeks.
Schedule: 08:00h to 15:00h and on the weekend: 09:00h to 22H w
Salary: Competitive
