Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training (FP II) in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or Production Services.

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as an electromechanical technician in industrial environments, working specifically in packaging lines or manufacturing facilities / reactors (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical sectors).

Technical knowledge:

Comprehensive electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance.

Proficiency in packaging, packing, labeling machinery, and tanks/reactors.

Knowledge or experience in the supervision and start-up of industrial boilers.

Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday in weekly rotating shifts M-N-T

Residence in La Pobla de Vallbona, Camp de Túria, or Valencia city, with own vehicle to access the plant.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct permanent contract on the company payroll from day one.

Base Salary: €30,000

to 35,000
gross annual (depending on technical expertise and only for senior profiles with more than 6 years).

Additional Pluses: up to 2,000

approximate gross annual for night shifts and rotation.

The role

Are you a Senior Electromechanical Technician with more than 5 years of experience in packaging lines or mixing reactors, looking for a cutting-edge project with significant social benefits? At Randstad Skilled Trades, we are looking for you!

What you'll do

Quick resolution of complex breakdowns and execution of preventive maintenance in mixing reactors, tanks, lines, packaging lines, labelers, batchers, strappers, and palletizers.

Start-up of lines, optimization of parameters, format changes, and technical training for packaging operators.

Boilers and Infrastructure: Start-up, supervision of operating parameters, and scheduled shutdown of boilers.

Propose and implement modifications to the lines through the analysis of historical breakdowns and frequent incidents.

Record incidents in the system, follow-up of corrective/preventive actions, and rigorous transfer of information during shift changes.
