What we're looking for

The requirements we are looking for are: Solid experience with modern data architectures (Data Lake / Lakehouse) in a Cloud infrastructure. Strong knowledge of ETL data integration tools (ODI, DataStage, Databricks) and advanced data modeling, metadata and catalog tools (Informatica), quantum data processing, and data structuring to facilitate data access through AI (RAG and agents). Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects).

Solid experience and knowledge in the Data Governance framework: Data quality management, data lineage and metadata, catalog, and functional knowledge in the insurance sector: Processes (policy lifecycle, claims, customer and technical data, actuarial and financial). And regulations (IFRS 17, Solvency II, Risk Management).

The role

From RPO Randstad, we are activating an Enterprise Data Architect position with direct hiring with our client, a renowned insurance company.

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will be responsible for defining and developing the data architecture for the entire group, ensuring consistency, scalability, and governance in support of the Data Strategy.

This role ensures that data becomes a strategic asset that supports: Data-driven business decision-making, regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS 17, Solvency II, GDPR), and the enablement of advanced analytics and AI (RAG and Agentic).
