In your day-to-day, you will assume the role of technical authority and ensure support for the network, covering the following responsibilities:

Participate in different purchasing tenders with suppliers (national / international)

Analyze indicators related to business development from a technical point of view

Prescription and guidance on legal and technical matters regarding refrigeration (gases/tools…)

Upload and review spare parts, updating prices and resolving incidents regarding spare parts in workshop/field orders

Quality audits of repairs in workshops/POS

Quantify times and costs of different activities to be carried out by the technician network

Collaboration with suppliers and clients to generate product recommendations adapted to needs from a technical point of view

Do you have extensive experience in refrigeration equipment and are you looking for a strategic position where you can be the ultimate technical authority? At Randstad, we are selecting a Refrigeration Equipment Specialist to join the Technical Office of an important company in Toledo.

This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional, with great capacity for influence and decision-making, who wishes to be the expert technical support for an extensive network of collaborators and clients across all operations related to refrigeration equipment in its broadest sense and applied to different businesses.

Training: Preferably Engineering or Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration), as well as official Refrigeration accreditations (Fluorinated Gases, Refrigeration License, F-GAS) and RITE Licenses. Knowledge: Proficiency in office automation (Office 365), Business Intelligence programs (PBI, SAC, Tableau, etc.), and management of GMAO/ERP programs (Dynamics, SAP or similar). English Level B2. It will be necessary to provide at least 3 years of previous experience in field and back-office tasks. Availability to travel within the Community of Madrid and Toledo.
