Customer Service Field Engineer - Refrigeration Technician

• Technical training in Industrial Refrigeration, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, or similar.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) in Industrial Refrigeration or equivalent.
• Official certificate for the handling of fluorinated gases, in accordance with current regulations.

• Demonstrable experience as a Refrigeration Technician, with special value placed on experience acquired in:
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or process industries.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Solid knowledge of industrial refrigeration and refrigeration circuits.
• Experience in the handling of fluorinated gases in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Knowledge and experience with screw and piston compressors.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of automation and PLC (user level).
• Familiarity with GMP regulations.
• Experience or knowledge in pharmaceutical process equipment.

We are looking for a Refrigeration Technician specialized in freeze-drying equipment, both laboratory and industrial, to join our team in the Customer Service (CS LSE) area.

The selected person will have a key role in the technical support, maintenance, and commissioning of laboratory and industrial freeze-dryers, and will work both at our facilities and at client sites.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of laboratory and industrial freeze-dryers, both at our own facilities and at client sites.
• Intervene in complex refrigeration systems associated with freeze-drying processes, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigeration and vacuum circuits.
• Diagnose and resolve refrigeration, mechanical, and electromechanical faults in pharmaceutical process equipment.
• Participate in SAT, FAT, and upgrade projects for freeze-drying equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers, collaborating closely with the technical Front Desk and other Field Engineers.
• Prepare and manage service orders, technical reports, and associated documentation, using corporate tools (FSM, SharePoint, among others).
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety policies, as well as applicable GMP regulations.

· Availability to travel nationally and internationally (approximately 25% annually).
