Demonstrable experience: Previous experience as a Shipping and Logistics Manager or Coordinator within the industrial or distribution sector.

English level: B2 English (fluent). Oral and written fluency is essential to handle technical documentation, international nomenclature, and communication with global customers.

Technical competencies: Proficiency in the use of customer web platforms, ERP warehouse/logistics management tools, and the Office suite.

Availability: Ability to work the specific schedule assigned to the shipping and logistics area (08:00 h to 17:00 h, Monday to Friday), with flexibility and adaptability to eventual rotating shifts if operations require it.

Key skills: Attention to detail, organizational capacity, autonomy in decision-making, and high problem-solving capacity.

The role

We are looking for a highly organized Shipping Manager, with technical capacity and linguistic proficiency in English, to lead the shipping area at our industrial plant in Leganés.

In this position, you will assume a key role in the final product flow, comprehensively coordinating documentation, appropriate packaging, and direct contact with our national and international customers' portals. What you'll do

Comprehensive shipping management: Lead, supervise, and take responsibility for the complete goods outflow process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Documentary control and customer interaction: Manage technical and logistical documentation through customer web portals and platforms, guaranteeing correct coding and order registration.

Unit and packaging control: Supervise the exact unit count, as well as select and manage the type of packaging adapted to the requirements of each product and destination.

Coordination of shipments and international nomenclature: Organize transport logistics and international shipments, applying the corresponding technical nomenclature in English (incoterms, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.).
