The role

Are you passionate about large-scale event logistics and the coordination of complex operations, and would you like to develop your professional career along that path? This offer is for you!

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Logistics Manager / Responsable de Logística to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).

What you'll do

•      Plan and coordinate all F&B logistics in the assigned area.

•      Manage deliveries, receipt of goods, and internal distribution.

•      Supervise the Logistics Lead and Runners team.

•      Guarantee the constant flow of product between back of house (BOH) and front of house (FOH).

•      Control inventory and stocks during the event.

•      Comply with delivery schedules and venue access protocols.

How you'll work

•      Permanent seasonal contract linked to the event.

•      From September 10 to 13, 2026 (full availability required for all 4 days).

Where?

IFEMA Madrid (IFEMA Trade Fair Center – Avenida del Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid).

Uniform

Black suit, white shirt, and black shoes (uniform pending final confirmation with the agency).
