Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 6 months in similar roles (kitchen porter, assembly, and events).

- Mobility: Having your own vehicle to travel to the estates is essential.

- Availability: Ability to work in rotating shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (7-8h daily shifts).

The role

What you'll do

- Assembly and organization: Preparation and setup of tables, cutlery, and trays for events at the 4 estates.

- Kitchen porter and floor support: Mixed functions of kitchen porter and setup assistant.

Logistics and transport: Loading, transporting, and moving event material between the different facilities.

- Maintenance: Ensuring that the material is in perfect condition for service during the season.

Locations: Casa de mónico (moncloa-aravaca), Cortijo de mónico (majadahonda), Soto de mónico (Los santos de la Humosa), Cañada de mónico (Peralejo)
