-Lead the project, covering the review and modification of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) facility projects specific to unique buildings.

-Select, configure, and validate Air Handling Units (AHUs) of significant size and high technical complexity, ensuring compliance with the strict air quality and biosecurity regulations required in hospital facilities (operating rooms, ICUs, clean rooms, and isolation areas).

-Technical-economic management: Prepare measurements, technical reports, feasibility studies, and detailed budgets to ensure the technical and financial profitability of the project.

  • Execution and construction control management: Actively participate in and supervise the construction execution phase, ensuring that the installation is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and the company's quality standards.
  • Subcontractor management: Qualify, coordinate, and audit subcontracting companies. Monitor their on-site work to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
  • Field assistance: Provide advanced technical support and consultancy to the Maintenance Manager residing at the unique building.

-Performance optimization: Collaborate in resolving complex incidents and in the operational control of the facilities to ensure uninterrupted operation, energy efficiency, and maximum reliability of the hospital's HVAC systems.

Requirements

Degree in technical engineering (specializing in mechanical or electrical).

Tools: AutoCAD, Excel, or MS Project.
