About the role

From Randstad Professionals we are looking for a Marketing Specialist. This is a 100% on-site position.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of trade marketing strategies, point-of-sale (POS) promotions, management of the corporate magazine/publications, administration of centralized databases, and maintenance of web content. They will act as a key coordination link between the network of associates, external agencies, and suppliers.

What you'll do

  1. Promotional Activity and Storefronts (Trade Marketing)

-Development and design: Definition of promotional objectives and strategies; graphic, visual, and conceptual design of storefronts and promotional activities in collaboration with suppliers.

-Coordination: Planning of the promotional calendar, coordination with suppliers for the delivery of materials and distribution to each point of sale (POS). Maintaining constant communication with associates to ensure proper implementation.

-Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring of promotional actions to evaluate the achievement of objectives. Collection and analysis of sales data (sell-out), calculation of associate rebates, and preparation of performance reports.

Requirements
