What you'll get

Base salary: €10.00 gross/hour.

Holiday and Sunday bonus: an additional €5.00/hour.

Frozen section bonus: an additional €2.50/hour.

Night shift bonus (€12.50 gross/hour from 22:00 h in case of extended shifts): an additional €2.50/hour.

Fruit and vegetable section bonus: an additional €0.67/hour.

The role

Do you have experience in the logistics field and are you looking to join a dynamic and technical operating environment? An important logistics center located in the Elche area and surroundings needs to hire personnel for the order picking area. We offer schedule stability from Monday to Friday, periodic contracting without a permanent seasonal (fijo-discontinuo) modality, and a competitive remuneration framework with specific bonuses for section and extended hours.

What you'll do

Preparation and assembly of orders using voice-guided systems (headset) and radio frequency terminals (handheld PDA).

Handling, placement, and consolidation of boxes and references onto pallets.

Strapping and securing of cargo for subsequent dispatch and safe transport.

Driving and handling of electric pallet jacks for the internal transfer of goods.

Compliance with safety, ergonomics, order, and cleanliness regulations in the logistics warehouse.

How you'll work

Usual intensive morning or afternoon shifts, from Monday to Friday, guaranteeing rest during the weekend.

Temporary contracting through periodic renewals (weekly or biweekly) subject to production needs, without permanent seasonal (FD) contracting.

Requirements

Demonstrable previous experience in logistics platforms or distribution centers performing picking and order preparation tasks.

Dexterity in the handling of handheld PDAs and voice picking tools.

Experience operating electric pallet jacks.

Ability to work standing up throughout the entire working day (8 hours) and an adequate level of physical stamina for the continuous handling of loads.

Availability for morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.

Residence in Elche or nearby towns, with suitable means of transport to commute to the workplace.
