At Randstad Montblanc, we are selecting production operators for a major leading company in the food sector located in the Conca de Barberà region. If you are an active, responsible person with a desire to work, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

As part of the production and packaging line team, your main functions will be:

Supplying the line with raw materials, molds, and packaging materials.
Assembly, handling, decoration, demolding, and product finishing tasks.
Packaging, boxing, labeling, casing, and final palletizing.
Visual quality control and removal of non-conforming products according to specifications.
Verification of references, batches, and expiration dates.
Completion of production records and basic management of waste.
Cleaning, tidying the area, and strict compliance with hygiene-sanitary and OSH regulations.

Requirements

Residency: Residing in Montblanc or the Conca de Barberà region / nearby is highly valued.

Own vehicle to be able to travel to the workplace according to shifts.

Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

Flexibility to start with part-time employment (2-3 days/week) until reaching the pace for 40h/week.

Rigorous person, attentive to detail, with manual dexterity and the ability to work in a team.
