Workshop Boilermaking / Welding Operator

Do you have experience as a Workshop Boilermaker / Welder? This is your opportunity to grow professionally!

• Precision dismantling: Removing structural elements, railings, supports, and metal

parts of the vessel according to the instructions of the Project Manager or Section

Supervisor. This operation requires great care and delicacy due to the high value of the

work environment.

• Identification and traceability: Marking and registering each piece, template, or

metal

• Internal logistics: Moving parts to the corresponding workshop locations or

warehouse as required for repair, assembly, or storage.

• Technical repair and fabrication: Repairing, cutting, polishing, and creating new parts/

structures, shaping or straightening parts strictly according to technical specifications

and project blueprints, applying welding techniques

as required (TIG, MIG/MAG, etc.) with excellent finishes.

• Replacing hull plates (re-plating): Cutting and cleaning sections of the hull, keel, or

frames that

new stainless steel or aluminum.

• Mirror-polished stainless steel: Fabrication and repair of railings (pulpits and balconies),

handrails, bathroom ladders, mooring cleats, and radar mounts. The polishing must be

perfect to prevent salt air from corroding the metal.

• Stainless Steel and Aluminum Welding: Use of TIG techniques (for thin sections and fine finishes) and MIG/MAG or electrode (for heavy structures).
• Structures: Construction of structures for awnings (biminis or

and supports for watercraft or boats.

• Final assembly: Reassemble, present, and install the structural or sheet metal parts once repaired or manufactured, following the reverse order of disassembly to ensure a perfect fit, alignment, and sturdiness.

Prior requirement: complete cycle of boiler-making and welding work.

• Salary between 28,000 and 29,000.
• Initial contract through a temporary employment agency with the possibility of being hired directly by the company.
• Schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Desmontaje de precisión: Retirar elementos estructurales, barandillas, soportes, partes

metálicas de la embarcación siguiendo las indicaciones del Project Manager o Encargado

de sección. Esta operación requiere sumo cuidado y delicadeza debido al alto valor del

entorno de trabajo.

• Identificación y trazabilidad: Marcar y registrar correctamente cada pieza, plantilla o

sección metálica siguiendo nuestro proceso interno implantado.

• Logística interna: Trasladar las piezas a las ubicaciones correspondientes del taller o

almacén según requieran su reparación, conformado o custodia.

• Reparación técnica y fabricación: Reparar, cortar, pulir, realización de nuevas piezas /

estructuras, conformar o enderezar piezas siguiendo estrictamente las especificaciones

técnicas y planos marcados para cada proyecto, aplicando las técnicas de soldadura

requeridas (TIG, MIG/MAG, etc.) con acabados excelentes.

• Sustitución de planchas (re-plating): Cortar y sanear secciones del casco, quilla o

mamparos que hayan sufrido desgaste, impactos o corrosión severa, soldando planchas

nuevas de inoxidable o aluminio.

• Inoxidable de espejo: Fabricación y reparación de barandillas (púlpitos y balcones),

pasamanos, escaleras de baño, bitas de amarre y soportes de radar. El pulido debe ser

perfecto para evitar que el salitre ataque el metal.

• Soldadura de Aluminio y Acero Inoxidable: Uso de técnicas TIG (para espesores finos y acabados estéticos) y MIG/MAG o electrodo (para estructuras pesadas).
• Estructuras: Construcción de estructuras para toldos (Biminis o Hard-tops), arcos de luces

y soportes para motos acuáticas o lanchas auxiliares.

• Montaje final: Volver a ensamblar, presentar e instalar las piezas estructurales o de calderería una vez reparadas o fabricadas, respetando el orden inverso al desmontaje para asegurar un ajuste, alineación y solidez perfectos.

Requisito previo del ciclo completo de los trabajos de calderería y soldadura.

• Salario entre 28000 y 29000
• Contrato inicial por ETT con posibilidad de incorporar a plantilla.
• Horario de 7:00 a 15:00
